Right of Withdrawal & Returns (International Orders)

You have a 31-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day you:

  • Receive the order.
  • Receive the last item in physical possession, if the order contains multiple different items delivered separately or in multiple stages.
  • Receive the last batch/part in physical possession, if the delivery consists of several batches/parts.
  • Receive the first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

You must bear the return costs.

How to use your right of withdrawal (International)

You must notify us no later than 31 days after receiving your order. After you have notified us, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days.

In your message, you must clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

To return an item, you must arrange return shipping yourself and send the parcel with home delivery and track & trace to:

Include your order number in the parcel.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without also giving clear notice of withdrawal.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Items made to the consumer’s specifications or with a distinctly personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal is broken.
  • Non-financial services performed if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment thereof, thereby losing the right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts for such publications.
  • Agreements concluded at a public auction.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Returning

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct expenses associated with the return.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Please include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also email Support@driverse.dk and provide the tracking number (package number) of the return shipment.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

Condition of the Item on Return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore try the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back.
In the case of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to use your right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation before then that you have returned it.

The refund period can vary depending on the means of payment, but as a standard, you can expect 1–5 working days before the refund amount is received in your account.

We reserve the right to charge a refund fee of 10% of the total order value to cover possible shipping, taxes, or payment fees which might occur with international orders.

Additional Information for International Trade (EU ↔ US)

Customs and Import Duties: For customers in the US, be aware that import duties and taxes may be charged by US Customs when the parcel reaches its destination port. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, it is advised to check local requirements before placing an order. These additional costs are not included in the purchase and shipping costs on our website.

Return Shipments and Costs: For returns from the US, please be aware that international return shipping can be costly and is the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to consider this when making a purchase, as the cost of return shipping might be significant.

Regulatory Compliance: Products imported into the US must comply with all applicable regulations and standards. As a customer, you should be aware that certain products might have restrictions or special requirements for import into the US.

Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Refunds to international customers will be processed based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. This might affect the refund amount due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

Language and Communication: While we endeavor to provide accurate translations and descriptions of our products, some details or nuances might be lost in translation. We recommend that customers contact us directly for clarification on product details or purchase terms if needed.
