Delivery Terms of Driverse

Delivery Time:
Driverse aims to dispatch orders placed before 4 PM (GMT+1) on the same day; orders placed thereafter are dispatched on the following weekday.
The expected delivery time in Denmark is 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

Shipping Methods and Prices:
Delivery is offered throughout Denmark with shipping prices starting from 39 DKK. Goods will be delivered to the address specified at the time of the order.
We deliver to most of Europe, specifically to Denmark, Norway, Belgium, Estonia, France, the Netherlands, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, and Austria.
Goods are shipped via GLS Home Delivery, GLS Shop & GLS Business, or Postnord.

Additional Information:
If there is no space at the specified pick-up location, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up location, about which you will be notified. Please contact customer service in case of any issues.
Goods are delivered on all weekdays.
Certain goods may have special delivery terms, which will be specified before the purchase of these goods.

International Deliveries:
For deliveries outside Denmark, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination.
International customers should be aware of potential customs and import fees that may be incurred upon receipt of goods. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns from abroad, the customer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.

Incorporated International Delivery Times:
For countries in Europe, the delivery time is generally expected to be within 3-6 business days, depending on the specific country and local delivery conditions.
For international deliveries outside Europe, including to the US the expected delivery time is wthin 5-10 business days, customers should allow for extended shipping times due to longer distances and potential customs processing.
It's important to note that these delivery times are estimates and can vary based on several factors, including customs clearance and local delivery practices in the destination country.
