Trade Terms at Driverse (International Orders)

Prices

At Driverse, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of Danish VAT and taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices day-to-day without prior notice. Product availability is subject to change.

For international customers, prices may also be displayed in your local currency for convenience. If a different currency is shown, it is an estimated conversion; the final charged amount may depend on your card issuer/payment provider’s exchange rate and any related fees.

Payment

Driverse accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay (availability may vary by country). Payment will only be charged when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and incl. VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders for sold-out or discontinued items.

Delivery

Please refer to our delivery terms for shipping times, costs, and international shipping policies. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to carrier conditions, customs processing, or local handling.

Customs & Import Duties (International)

For deliveries outside the EU (including the US), customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged when the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Customs rules vary widely, so we recommend checking local requirements before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns (International Orders)

You have a 31-day right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from the day you:

  • Receive the order.
  • Receive the last item in physical possession if the order contains multiple different items delivered separately or in multiple stages.
  • Receive the last batch/part in physical possession if the delivery consists of several batches/parts.
  • Receive the first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period.

How to withdraw (International)

You must notify us no later than 31 days after receiving your order. After you have notified us, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days.

In your message, you must clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal.

Return shipping and responsibility

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged and for the item until we have received it back. We recommend using track & trace and keeping proof of shipment. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Items made to the consumer’s specifications or with a distinctly personal touch.
  • Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal is broken.
  • Non-financial services performed if the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment thereof, thereby losing the right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except subscription contracts for such publications.
  • Agreements concluded at a public auction.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You may test the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this, it may be considered used and your refund may be reduced accordingly.

Refunds & Refund Fee (International)

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid back, minus any depreciation (if applicable).

Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation that it has been returned.

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

The refund period can vary depending on the payment method, but as a standard you can expect 1–5 working days before the refund is received in your account.

We reserve the right to charge a refund fee of 10% of the total order value to cover possible shipping, taxes, or payment fees which might occur with international orders.
